Artisan cheesemakers based outside Comrie, Perthshire. We make 4 cheeses from pasteurised cow’s milk. Our Strathearn cheese is washed in a whisky brine every 2 days for 4 weeks. The Wee Comrie is mild, mellow and buttery with a natural rind. The Lady Mary and Truflle Mary are soft creamy cheese with wild garlic or truffle pieces. The Braggan is our latest cheese, a semi-hard cheese with a natural rind and earthy flavours.
We also churn cultured cream into plain, wild garlic or truffle butter. We use only vegetarian rennet.
