The Fine Cheesemakers of Scotland is a collaborative grouping of cheese businesses whose overall aim is to grow the market for the Scottish cheeseboard both in the UK and abroad.
This collective purpose is achieved through sharing knowledge, skills, marketing and innovation amongst the participating businesses. The group offers mutual support in a wide range of subjects from choosing the most effective social media marketing platforms through to training in highly complex, specialist dairy microbiological techniques.
