From punchy raw milk cheddars and characterful blues to creamy bries, crumbly territorial styles and exciting new innovations, our makers are united by a passion for quality and a respect for craft.
Alongside these traditional favourites, Scotland’s cheesemakers are also pushing boundaries with inventive washed rind cheeses, smoked varieties and continental-inspired styles, reflecting both our creativity and our confidence on the world stage.
The Fine Cheesemakers of Scotland was formed to bring these talented producers together, to celebrate their skills, and to share their cheeses with a wider audience. By working collectively, we can raise the profile of Scottish cheese, strengthen Scotland’s reputation for excellence, and offer trade buyers and partners an outstanding range of products that reflect our landscape, heritage and imagination.
