Emma and Morgane were invited to be part of the judging panel at the British and Irish Cheese Awards last week. It was a fantastic day filled with exceptional cheeses, insightful conversations, and the opportunity to connect with colleagues from across the industry. From tasting to sharing ideas, it was a truly valuable and inspiring experience.

As always, it was a pleasure to catch up with familiar faces and make some great new connections along the way. We also squeezed in a memorable visit to Whitelake Cheese before heading back to Edinburgh — a short trip, but a rewarding one.
